Ingredients
- 3 medium / 300g Bananas (ripe)
- 1 cup / 200g Almond flour or finely ground almond
- 2 medium / 100g Eggs
- ¼ cup / 30g Chocolate chips

How to make Almond flour cookies
- Mash bananas with the help of a fork.
- Pour almond flour and eggs into the bowl then mix them well.
- Mix chocolate chip in. Keep some chocolate chips for decoration.
- Spoon the batter onto a parchment layered baking sheet. Flatten them out with the help of a fork.
- Put tray in the middle rack of a 350°F / 180°C preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Take tray out and let cookies cool down, they might fall apart otherwise. Store them in an airtight container for up to a week.
