Tuna Casserole Recipe – Keto

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil or butter
  • 2 medium / 220g Onions (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon / 5g Salt
  • 1 stalk / 50g Celery (diced)
  • 3 cups /  300g Mushrooms
  • 6 cups / 500g Broccoli
  • 1 cup / 250g Greek yogurt (go for fat free for high protein low calorie option)
  • 1½ / 240g Tuna
  • 1½ / 150g Cheddar
  • ½ cup / 60g Parmesan

How to make Tuna casserole – Keto

  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan and saute diced onion with salt on high heat until glassy / translucent look for about 5 minutesOnion-glassy-translucent-gp-SunCakeMom
  2. Add diced celery then saute it for 5 minutes then add sliced mushrooms. Stir fry until the mushrooms collapse about half of their size for about 5 minutes.Tuna casserole recipe - SunCakeMom
