Keto Cinnamon Roll Recipe – Coconut Flour

Ingredients

Filling

  • 4 tablespoons / 50g Butter
  • 2 teaspoons / 5g Cinnamon (ground)
  • Sweetener to taste

Frosting

  • 3 tablespoons / 70g Creme cheese
  • 2 tablespoons / 50g Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon / 4ml Vanilla extract
  • Keto sweetener of choice to taste

Dough

  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup / 60g Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons  Baking powder 11g
  • 2 tablespoons / 30g Butter (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon / 3ml Vanilla extract
  • Keto sweetener to taste
  • 2 ½ cups / 250g Mozarella
  • 2 oz /  55g Cream cheese

How to make Keto cinnamon rolls

Filling

Frosting

  1. Whisk creme cheese until creamy. Add yogurt, vanilla extract and sweetener of choice.Cream-cheese-gp-1-SunCakeMom

Dough

  1. Mix eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, melted butter, vanilla extract and sweetener.Keto Cinnamon rolls - SunCakeMom
