Ingredients
- 1 clove / 3g Garlic
- 1 teaspoon / 3g Dill
- 2 teaspoons / 3g Parsley
- 1 teaspoon / 3g Chives
- 1 cup / 200g Sour Cream / Greek yogurt
- 1 cup / 200g Mayonnaise (for low calorie option: substitute with sour cream/Greek yogurt and a bit of olive oil if required)
- 3 teaspoons / 15g Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon / 3g Salt
- Milk or buttermilk as needed if softer dip is required

How to make Pretzel dip
- Chop up garlic, dill, parsley, chives then add them to the sour cream / Greek yogurt and optional mayonnaise mixture.
- Add Dijon mustard, salt and if mayonnaise is not used, some cooking oil if desired. If the dip feels too thick add milk or buttermilk one teaspoon at a time to loosen it up.
