How to make Parmesan chips

1. Grate the cheese.
2. Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
3. Portion the cheese out.
4. Sprinkle optional herbs and spices on top according to taste.
5. Put them into a 400°F / 200°C oven until they melt completely for about 10 -15 minutes. Some like to wait until golden brown spots start to appear on them.
