  • 1 medium / 50g Egg
  • ⅓ cup / 30g Cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup / 60g Milk
  • 1 teaspoon / 5g Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon / 5g Stevia or sweetener of choice to taste

How to make Chocolate peanut butter cookies

  2. Roll the dough out into logs so it will be easier to measure out the cookie sizes if we are after a somewhat uniform sized cookie batch.
