- 4 medium / 200g Eggs
- 1 teaspoon / 5g Salt
- 7 tablespoons / 100g Butter
- 1¾ cup / 200g Almond flour

- 8½” x 3″ / 22cm x 7.5cm Baking mold

How to make almond flour bread
- Separate eggs.
- Beat soft butter, salt, almond flour and egg yolks.
- Beat egg whites until hard peaks form.
- Fold egg whites in with the batter.
- Pour mixture into a mold.
- Bake on the middle rack of a 350°F / 180°C preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until the top gets golden brown.
- Take it out and put almond bread onto a cooling rack to cool down.
