Instructions
Measure almond flour, eggs, coconut milk into a mixing bowl.
Mix well until the batter is smooth.
Mix well until the batter is smooth.
Heat frying pan on medium heat then brush frying pan with a bit of cooking oil before scooping the batter on.
Fry one side of the pancake on medium heat about 2 – 3 minutes depending on the heat. Flip it over and fry the other side until golden brown.
Repeat until all of the pancake batter is used up.
