Chicken
Stripe then season the meat with salt and optional black pepper.
We can cover the striped meat into flour if desired.
Sear the meat on both side until golden brown, about 2 minutes each side.
Set it aside and start making the sauce.
Sauce
Grate or chop ginger, garlic and chili very finely.
Pour sesame seed oil into the skillet and on medium high heat stir fry ginger, garlic and chili until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Add water, tomato sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Reduce the amount of liquid until desired thickness achieved.
Add the the chicken back.
